Ayahuasca, Mother Earth & the Remembering of Oneness

There are moments in life when the veils lift, and you see so clearly that everything is connected. My recent journey with Ayahuasca in Colombia was one of those moments.

Ayahuasca is not just a plant. She is the spirit of the Earth herself - a wise teacher who speaks in visions, sensations, and whispers from the deepest parts of our being. Sitting with her, I felt the pulse of the jungle, the heartbeat of the Earth and the threads of life that weave us all together.

She showed me streams of codes, rivers of light flowing through my body and into the soil, into the stars, into every living being. And with that came the truth: we are already whole. Already divine. Already worthy. The separation we feel - from ourselves, from each other, from nature - is only a story. Beneath it all, we are one.

This remembrance was not gentle - it was raw, potent, and life-changing. She stripped away the illusions I had been carrying, the doubts and the conditioning, and placed me back in my body, back on the Earth, reminding me: you belong, you are part of the whole, and you are never alone.

Since returning, I’ve been giving myself permission to rest, recalibrate and play. Because integration is not just about the ceremony - it’s about how we live afterwards. How we walk on the Earth with more reverence, how we listen more deeply, how we remember that each breath is shared with the trees, each heartbeat part of a greater rhythm.

This journey deepens everything I offer at Mother Earth Doula. The cacao, the breath, the coaching, the women, the circles - they are all threads of the same fabric: guiding us back to ourselves, to each other and to the Earth.

Next May 2026, I’ll be co-facilitating a sacred journey back to Colombia with my soul sister Ami, who brings her unique fusion of breathwork and hypnosis.
