A woman’s body holds so many stories. Birth, loss, change, transition - every experience leaves its imprint. Sometimes we need a sacred pause, a safe space to be held, to release and to be gently called back to ourselves.

It doesn’t matter if you are postnatal, moving through transition, carrying grief, or simply sensing the need to reset - this day is for you. A sacred pause, created with tenderness, ceremony, and devotion, where you are wrapped, nourished, and guided back to yourself.

We will share nourishing food prepared with love, breathe, release, and listen for the whispers of your own wisdom. You are wrapped, held and reminded that you carry within you a strength that goes far beyond any plan or place of birth. We may sit with the medicine of cacao, light candles with intention, and move gently through breath and sound.

 

There is space for ritual - Closing of the Bones to honour your journey and call your energy home, releasing fear that no longer belongs to you, and weaving new intentions for the cycle ahead.

Gentle coaching is woven throughout the day, helping you unravel old stories, bring clarity to where you are, and open to the woman you are becoming.

 

Every day is unique, because every woman’s story is unique.

What remains constant is the essence  - a day where you are deeply seen, honoured, and remembered.
